This costume was established around 1850 in the area and from Kymi was spread to the neighboring settlements, up to Skyros. A crimson cotton, inner trimrilene short shirt is covered by a second, transparent and all-embroidered tattoo. The dress is sleeveless with a wide tuft and is complemented by a jacket, woven with felt, velvet or satin. In the head they wore a tseper with thin, yellow or oil cloaks, a muslin of cotton and a colorful, silky lace of the needle, called bibila.
