Chariot of Achilles
45.00€
Achilles in Greek mythology was the central but also the brightest hero of Homer’s Iliad. Achilles was the son of Peleus, King of the Myrmidons and of Nerida Thetis. Thetis tried to make Achilles immune, diving him into the waters of Styga, but grabbing him from the heel left him vulnerable at this point. Achilles, with the help of Apollo, was killed in the Trojan War by Paris striking him on the heel.
