Neolithic Lying Down Woman

131.00

A free performance of a Neolithic figurine. It shows a female figure lying comfortably on her right side. The legs are folded at her knee and her left hand resting gently on her left breast. Her hair is tied back in a long loose updo. The anatomical features and especially the buttocks are accented perhaps to signify the miraculous – for the time – women’s role in reproduction. The “lying woman” is a figurine made from zinn.
